Merge on to I-40 West via the ramp on the left toward Mocksville. Merge onto I-77 South via Exit 152A toward Charlotte. Merge on to I-85 S via Exit 13B toward Spartanburg. Take Exit 22 toward Cramerton/Lowell. Turn left on to S. Main St. S. Main St becomes Redbud Dr. Turn Right on to S. New Hope Rd/NC 279. End at Ashbrook High School.

Forestview HS - Gastonia Eagles

5545 Union Road Gastonia, NC 28056

Merge on to I-40 West via the ramp on the left toward Mocksville. Merge onto I-77 South via Exit 152A toward Charlotte. Merge on to I-85 S via Exit 13B toward Spartanburg. Take Exit 21 (Cox Road) and turn left off the ramp. Follow Cox Road for approx. 6 miles (airport on left) and turn left on Union Road. School will be approx. 1 mile on the left.

Mt. Pleasant HS - Queen City Striders

Going South I-85: Exit Dale Earnhardt Blvd, make left onto Copperfield; continue about 2 miles to Hwy 73. Make left onto Hwy 73, approx. 5 miles, make right onto 700 Walker Road, school is ½ mile on right.

Mount Tabor High School - Tri-City Relays

342 Petree Road Winston Salem, N.C. 27106

From I-40 East Travel I-40 East to Business 40 East. Continue on Business 40 until you reach Silas Creek Parkway North (Exit 2B). Exit onto Silas Creek towards Wake Forest. Continue for approximately three miles to Robinhood Road. Exit onto Robinhood Road (follow to the right) and proceed until the 2nd stoplight. Make a right onto Peace Haven Road. At the 1st stoplight, go straight. Peace Haven now becomes Petree Road. Mt. Tabor is 1/2 mile on the left.

Salisbury High School - Salisbury Speedsters

Take Exit 76. Turn onto Innes Street heading towards Salisbury (I85N – Left, I85S – Right) Left onto Fulton Street (First Presbyterian Church on left). At third stop light (at Exxon) bear right onto Lincolnton Road. You will see the school on the right. To get to the track take the first right on Caldwell Street. Track and Parking lot are on the left.

Southwest Guilford HS - High Point Panthers

Take I- 40 East to Hwy 68 (Airport) exit Turn right onto Hwy 68 towards High Point, approximately 3 miles to Willard Dairy Rd. Turn right to end at Barrow Rd. Turn left to School on Left. (Parking Lot just past front of school)

West Charlotte High School - Charlotte Heat

2219 Senior Drive Charlotte, N.C. 28216

Take 52 South to I-85 South to Charlotte. Exit at Beatties Ford Road. Exit 37. Turn right of the exit. Keep straight as you pass United House of Prayer and look for Keller Drive on your right. Turn right onto Keller Drive. Follow Keller Drive until you come to West Charlotte High School. Turn left onto Senior Drive, take next right onto Southwest Blvd., stadium will be on the right behind the school.
