Winter Conditioning Information
Winter Training Series to Start January 20th, 2007
The winter training series will be held on Saturdays from January 20th through March 10th at
Northwest Middle School
in Winston-Salem. Conditioning will run from 1:00 to 2:30 and is open to all athletes ages 6 to 18 are welcome.
The cost for the series is $30. The following is a schedule of events:
Jan. 20th: Orientation and Conditioning Drills, General Strength
Jan. 27th: Conditioning Drills, Speed
Feb. 3rd: Conditioning, Timed Evaluation
Feb. 10th: Conditioning Drills, Endurance
Feb. 17th: Conditioning Drills, Agility
Feb. 24th: OFF
Mar. 3rd: Conditioning Drills, Agility and Coordination
Mar. 10th: Conditioning, Timed Evaluation
